Rain Calcining Limited has entered into
an agreement with National Securities Depository Limited
(NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited
(CDSL) for dematerialization of shares.
With effect from 8th May 2000, the Equity Shares of the
Company are compulsorily traded in dematerialized form
as mandated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(SEBI). |

As on December 31, 2006, 75.55% of the shares were held
in dematerialised form either with NSDL or CDSL and
the balance 24.45% of the shares were held in physical
form.
The Company is offering the facility of simultaneous
transfer and dematerialization of shares. Investors,
while lodging transfer of shares held in the physical
form, can seek simultaneous transfer and dematerialization
of shares.
